Overview
The Brand Manager will spearhead the creation and implementation of brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement plans for a prominent automotive brand in the GCC region. This role focuses on elevating brand recognition, expanding market share, enhancing customer acquisition, and fostering overall brand growth while ensuring all efforts align with manufacturer guidelines and regional objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute detailed brand strategies that support overarching business goals.
- Strengthen market positioning and differentiate the brand within a competitive automotive landscape.
- Identify and capitalize on new growth prospects to boost brand visibility, market penetration, and customer loyalty.
- Continuously monitor industry developments, competitor actions, and consumer insights to optimize brand approaches.
- Design and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including digital, social media, traditional channels, events, and dealerships.
- Maintain uniform brand messaging and customer experience at every customer interaction point.
- Organize product launches, promotional activities, and seasonal marketing initiatives effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to tailor regional campaigns locally.
- Direct digital marketing initiatives encompassing paid advertisements, SEO, SEM, social media outreach, influencer partnerships, and lead generation to enhance customer acquisition and campaign ROI.
- Oversee vehicle launch coordination and market analyses with sales teams to align products with market demand and competitor offerings.
- Manage annual marketing budgets ensuring proper resource allocation, consistent ROI tracking, and campaign performance assessments.
- Develop and nurture partnerships with advertising agencies, media outlets, event organizers, dealerships, and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) stakeholders.
- Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for brand health and campaign success, analyze metrics, and report actionable insights to senior leadership.
Experience & Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline; MBA or marketing specialization is preferred.
- Hold digital marketing certifications as an advantage.
- Have 7 to 12 years of experience in marketing and brand management with at least 3 to 5 years specifically in automotive brand management.
- Demonstrated success managing automotive vehicle launches and OEM marketing campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive retail operations.
- Preferred experience with Chinese automotive brands and familiarity with the GCC or Middle Eastern automotive market.
- Proven ability collaborating with dealership and distributor networks, especially for premium or rapidly growing automotive brands.
