Job Overview

We are seeking proactive telecallers to engage with inactive Hathway Broadband customers, aiming to reactivate their services. The role involves understanding customer concerns, providing basic assistance, and coordinating with internal departments for issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to dormant Hathway Broadband clients who have not recharged their services.
• Identify reasons for service inactivity including technical difficulties, dissatisfaction, or relocation.
• Offer preliminary troubleshooting or escalate problems to relevant teams when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
• Demonstrate professionalism and empathy during all customer conversations.
• Follow up on escalated matters to ensure customer issues are satisfactorily resolved.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum educational qualification of 10th grade pass, 12th pass, or graduate degree.
• Proficient communication skills in Kannada, English, Hindi, or regional languages such as Telugu or Tamil.
• Basic knowledge of customer service principles and query resolution.
• Experience with CRM software is advantageous.
• Willingness to work six days per week.
