BIM Developer

About the Role

Woh Hup Group is seeking a dedicated BIM Developer to join their team in Singapore on a full-time, on-site basis. The key focus of this position is to create and enhance Building Information Modeling (BIM) models, develop automation tools, and streamline workflows that aid in design coordination, clash detection, and construction planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Create custom scripts, plugins, and tools to automate BIM processes.
• Manage BIM standards and synchronize model data with project management and cost estimating systems for 4D and 5D BIM integration.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to identify and resolve model-related issues and offer user training.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, or equivalent BIM software.
• Experience in programming and scripting using Dynamo, Python, C#, or the .NET framework.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies, model-based coordination, and managing large-scale projects.
• Strong analytical aptitude, efficient problem-solving capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
• A diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
