Overview
Join Shah Suppliers LLP as a Billing Executive within the Operations & Order Management team. You'll be key to producing sales and proforma invoices, client interaction, price list upkeep, order processing, and ensuring precise billing alongside inventory control.
Key Duties
- Create and dispatch accurate sales and proforma invoices.
- Communicate effectively with clients through phone and email channels.
- Maintain and update pricing data regularly.
- Enter payment ledger records methodically.
- Manage corrections in billing and handle electronic invoicing.
- Oversee inventory and stock monitoring.
- Perform additional backend responsibilities as assigned.
