Job description
Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Bids & Contracts Administrator to assist with increasing demands in the Power, Water, and Civil Infrastructure industries. This role involves managing bid processes, administering frameworks and contracts, providing commercial assistance, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee preparation and submission of pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), tenders, bids, and framework applications.
- Maintain comprehensive bid libraries including capability statements, case studies, CVs, and related documents.
- Create presentations, customer proposals, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
- Maintain records of framework agreements, contract registers, and commercial documentation.
- Assist with client reporting and submission of framework performance data.
- Manage document control ensuring accuracy, currency, and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate communication and documentation flow between internal teams and external parties.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, customer engagement efforts, and event participation.
- Support preparation of board papers, management reports, and strategic presentations.
Candidate Profile
- Holds a relevant third-level qualification in Business, Law, Commercial Management, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Possesses prior experience in bid coordination, contract administration, commercial support, or related roles.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Able to effectively utilize AI tools for research, document creation, and increasing productivity.
- Familiarity with contract law, contract administration, or claims management is an added advantage.
