About the Role
Profectus Jakarta is seeking enthusiastic and committed individuals to take on the roles of Shadow Teacher and Behavioral Therapist for placement in Singapore. This position focuses on supporting children with special needs through dedicated behavioral approaches and shadow teaching.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology required.
- At least 2 to 3 years' experience as a Shadow Teacher or a minimum of 2 years as a Behavioral Therapist.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Capability to manage children exhibiting challenging behaviors.
- Strong passion for working with children with special needs.
- A positive, patient, and adaptable attitude.
- Willingness to learn and collaborate within a team environment.
- Ability to teach piano is considered a plus.
