Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Barista to enhance our team. The selected individual will be responsible for making and serving premium coffee and light snacks while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and delivering superior service are also essential to uphold an excellent customer experience.

Key Duties

• Warmly welcome customers and offer friendly, tailor-made service.
• Craft and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty concoctions.
• Handle transactions accurately using POS for cash, cards, and mobile payments.
• Ensure the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas remain clean and orderly.
• Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Keep stock levels monitored and replenish supplies when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to support a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Master and maintain knowledge of the menu, products, and promotional offers.
• Assist in opening and closing shop procedures as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience as a barista or in a café setting is preferable but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Genuine enthusiasm for coffee and delivering excellent customer service.
• Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to perform both independently and as a team member.
• Basic proficiency in mathematics and cash handling.
