Barista

Role Overview

This full-time barista position is located on-site in Dubai. The individual will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including v60 and espresso-based drinks, while maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere. Responsibilities include daily food prep, excellent customer interaction, inventory oversight, and equipment care.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and serve quality coffee and other beverages.
• Keep the environment clean and welcoming for guests.
• Manage daily food preparation duties adhering to safety standards.
• Engage customers to understand their preferences and provide tailored service.
• Maintain and monitor inventory and equipment status.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Skilled in barista techniques and coffee preparation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer and team interaction.
• Exceptional customer service orientation.
• Experience with safe food handling and preparation.
• Able to thrive in a dynamic, team-driven workplace.
• Detail-oriented and maintaining organized workstations.
• Previous barista experience preferred but not essential.
• Proficient in English; additional languages beneficial.
