Role Overview
Become a vital part of our Fresh Food team by leveraging your baking expertise to produce high-quality bakery items that delight the local community. You will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment alongside a professional team that fosters knowledge sharing and career growth.
Work Schedule
Shift option available:
- Monday to Friday, 3:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Exemplify Everyday ACTs (Acknowledge, Care & Thank) to create memorable products and customer experiences.
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, ensuring workstations are clean, organized, and ready for audits.
- Lead and support your team by cultivating a culture focused on wellbeing, resilience, and shared achievement.
- Remain inquisitive and motivated to continuously enhance baking skills and leadership capabilities.
- Effectively manage the physical and time demands of a busy bakery environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
Qualifications & Experience
- Possession of a formal baking qualification or equivalent industry credentials.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced bakery setting.
