Position Overview

At Nothing Bundt Cakes, the Baker plays a crucial role in crafting beloved bakery items. Focused on skillfully combining raw ingredients, the Baker ensures consistency to delight customers with their favorite cake recipes, contributing to a joyful experience for both guests and team members.

Responsibilities

  • Adhere strictly to the recipes and instructions provided via recipe sheets, videos, and guidelines from Nothing Bundt Cakes.
  • Store products properly using FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory methods.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitary work environment by regularly cleaning baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and Bundt pans throughout each shift.
  • Capable of safely lifting weights of 50 pounds or more, with or without assistance.
  • Meet designated time standards and adjust pace during peak seasonal demands with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate within a team-oriented atmosphere.

Education and Work Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Preferred (not mandatory) 1-3 years of leadership experience in restaurant environments.
