About the Role
Join our bakery team where your skills in recipe adherence and organization help provide fresh baked goods daily for our members. As a Baker and Packager Associate, you will prepare, wrap, label, and store bakery goods to guarantee freshness. You'll often manage multiple tasks at once, ensuring the best service and quality for our members.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the bakery team, adapting flexibly to business needs and other departments.
- Produce bakery products by operating baking equipment and following detailed recipes and instructions.
- Wrap, label, and store bakery items adhering strictly to company policies, food safety, sanitation, and inventory standards.
- Use handheld technology to make decisions regarding production, merchandise ordering, and product quality with a focus on member satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace, ensuring operational excellence and waste reduction.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and answering questions from members across the club.
- Uphold company ethics and policies while collaborating with managers, coworkers, and other business partners to prioritize and execute tasks effectively.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle fast-paced, multitasking environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to delivering excellent results.
- Willingness to complete required training and assessments promptly if hired.
Compensation & Benefits
- The hourly pay ranges from $17 to $25, meeting or exceeding local minimum wage requirements.
- Additional premium pay may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific tasks, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour.
