  • Identify inconsistencies or discrepancies and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Compile and prepare structured cases for review by the Authorised Signatory.
  • Manage multiple screening cases simultaneously to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work closely with internal teams and external service providers.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records within relevant systems and applications.

Governance and Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Follow GDPR and data protection standards rigorously.
  • Maintain uniform documentation practices and naming conventions.
  • Escalate risks, issues, or breaches promptly as per protocols.
  • Keep audit-ready records and maintain detailed case histories.
  • Support auditing processes and contribute to continuous improvement of controls and SOPs.
  • Oversee SLA and KPI compliance from a governance perspective.
  • Meet performance targets balancing productivity alongside accuracy and compliance.
  • Complete mandatory training and stay current with regulatory changes.
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • At least two years’ experience in a business administration role within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Prior work in compliance, onboarding, verification, or risk assessment roles.
  • Experience conducting structured reviews, background checks, or validation of documentation.
  • Familiarity with operating under controlled processes and strict procedural adherence.
  • Exposure to regulated or audit-heavy environments is advantageous.

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Strong analytical abilities, excellent problem-solving, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Customer-oriented approach with a focus on delivering excellent service.
  • Effective communication skills and adept at engaging stakeholders.
  • High ethical standards and discretion in managing sensitive information.
  • Ability to recognize risks, inconsistencies, and issues proactively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Adhering to procedures while exercising sound judgment.
  • Comfortable working within stringent regulatory frameworks and low ambiguity environments.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within teams.
  • Proficient with systems, tools, and structured processes.
  • Adaptable, motivated, and flexible with work demands.
  • Aligned with the organization's values and behavior standards.

Educational Requirements

  • Minimum educational qualification is a leaving certificate or its equivalent.
  • Desirable qualifications include a higher education degree in Business or a related discipline.
  • Strong IT skills including advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
