Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and articulate professionals to fill the role of B2B Appointment Setter within our Financial Services division. This is a permanent, full-time position based in South Yorkshire, operating onsite with flexible shifts Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with businesses through telephone outreach to understand and discuss their financial needs.
• Spot potential opportunities and present suitable financial products on behalf of our client.
• Schedule qualified appointments for specialist financial advisors.
• Establish strong relationships with business proprietors and key decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate records of all call outcomes and appointment details in the client CRM system.
• Consistently meet and aim to exceed individual and team performance goals while ensuring exceptional customer service quality.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least one year of experience in B2B appointment setting is mandatory.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities.
• Confidence in interacting with business owners and senior stakeholders.
• Professional demeanor combined with a positive outlook.
• Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
• Competent IT skills and organizational capabilities.
• Capability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively within a team.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage ranging from £13.50 to £14.00 dependent on experience.
