Job Overview
We are urgently seeking an Ayurvedic Telecaller for a full-time position based in Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, working within the Sales & Customer Support department. The role involves managing both outbound and inbound calls professionally for a range of Ayurvedic products including herbal supplements, nutraceuticals, health, and sexual wellness items.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound and inbound customer calls regarding Ayurvedic and wellness products.
- Follow up on pending leads to convert prospects into customers.
- Understand and address customer queries effectively to provide satisfactory solutions.
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions and call details.
- Meet established weekly and monthly targets for calls and sales performance.
- Update customer information and leads in CRM systems or Excel spreadsheets.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficiency in communication in both Hindi and English.
- Strong sales abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency necessary for data entry and CRM use.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
