Role Overview
The AVEVA EIT Coordinator will be responsible for managing and supporting the EIT modules within AVEVA Unified Engineering to meet both corporate and project needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support EIT data configuration, setup, and validation aligned with corporate and project guidelines related to AVEVA systems.
- Create and deploy automated workflows in AVEVA Unified Engineering to improve data accuracy and reduce manual input mistakes across various engineering disciplines.
- Oversee the management of electrical, instrumentation, and telecom tags, registers, and associated attributes.
- Verify accuracy and alignment between engineering data, drawings, and model information.
- Facilitate data uploads, bulk updates, and troubleshooting in AVEVA platforms.
- Collaborate with contractors to address any missing, conflicting, or incomplete EIT data issues.
- Monitor deliverable progress for EIT documents, models, and schedules.
- Assist in preparing for project handovers by ensuring comprehensive and traceable EIT records.
- Maintain adherence to naming conventions, coding standards, and data quality benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
- Between 5 to 10 years of applicable professional experience.
- Proficiency with AVEVA and comparable smart engineering software is essential.
- Practical experience specifically with AVEVA Unified Engineering EIT is required.
- Experience in design and engineering within oil & gas and FPSO projects will be advantageous.

- Competence in documentation preparation and conducting training sessions.
