Job Summary
Audit Associates joining Condley and Company gain practical training and collaborate closely with team members from the start. You'll engage with client work and solve complex challenges while learning public accounting processes and contributing to client business value.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree including relevant accounting coursework
- Basic knowledge of accounting and auditing principles
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time to client locations, with minimal overnight trips
- Possession of a valid Driver’s License and vehicle insurance
- Permanent authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship requirement
