Job Overview

Join Hullect Services Private Limited as an ATM Operator based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This role involves crucial cash management tasks including withdrawal and loading operations at ATM sites, maintaining timely reporting and issue resolution to ensure smooth service.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the Daily Route Plan (DRP) for cash withdrawal and loading activities, coordinating with the Route Leader for effective planning.
• Collect cash according to bank-specific indent and denomination requirements.
• Prepare cash receipts and obtain necessary approvals from the Route Leader.
• Complete designated site visits each day for cash loading or End of Day (EOD) procedures.
• Address First Level Maintenance (FLM) problems within the specified Turn Around Time (TAT).
• Accurately record all transactions such as withdrawals, loadings, EOD activities, and FLM entries on an Android device promptly.
• Enter counter transactions into the Core Banking System (CBS) and deliver these reports to the Route Leader.
• Report any issues immediately to the Route Leader and document these incidents in the Android device.
• Return cash to the vault in cases where loading cannot be completed due to unavoidable situations.
• When required by Service Level Agreements (SLAs), prepare Cash Balance Reports (CBR), such as for HDFC bank, and submit these to the Route Leader.
• Collaborate with the Reports team as necessary to fulfill mandatory customer reporting requirements.
