Job description
Position Overview
We are recruiting an Associate Program Development & Evaluation Analyst specializing in Instructional Design to work with Saudi Aramco - SMP based in Dhahran. This role best suits Saudi nationals who possess between three to five years of practical experience in designing instructional materials, developing training programs, and evaluating learning outcomes within corporate settings.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Learning Design & Technology, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in instructional design, program development, and program evaluation.
- Possess solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks including ADDIE and SAM methodologies.
- Be skilled in program evaluation approaches and techniques.
- Proficient in industry-standard content authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate for producing interactive e-learning modules.
- Capable of creating engaging, interactive educational content aligned with learning objectives.
- Experienced in independently managing projects and delivering results within set timelines.
- Exhibit excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Prefer candidates with credentials such as Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), CIPD Level 5, TESOL, Instructional Design certifications, or higher academic qualifications like a master’s degree.
