PSC Hand Safety India Private Limited specializes in engineered solutions aimed at minimizing hand-related risks during lifting, rigging, maintenance, and material-handling operations. We are based in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, and focus on developing products for both Indian and global markets.
Role Overview
We are seeking an Associate Product Manager with experience in product management, development, or marketing. This role involves planning, developing, and launching industrial hand-safety products while collaborating with various internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in product strategy, planning, and launch of hand safety solutions.
- Analyze customer use cases to discover potential product opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, manufacturing, and marketing departments.
- Develop product documentation including specifications, presentations, and catalogues.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform product positioning.
- Support product demonstrations, training, and evaluation sessions.
- Collect field feedback to enhance existing product offerings.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies for new product lines.
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Between 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in product management, development, marketing, or related areas.
- Background in industrial, engineering, safety, manufacturing, or B2B products is advantageous.
- Excellent written communication and presentation capabilities.
- Strong aptitude to grasp technical product details and communicate value to customers.
- Effective coordination skills managing multi-departmental follow-ups.
- Willingness to work onsite at Visakhapatnam.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.), MBA, PGDM, or related fields.
- Candidates demonstrating both technical expertise and product management experience are preferred.
