Job description

About IDFC FIRST Bank

IDFC FIRST Bank is a prominent private sector bank in India, committed to building a world-class banking institution driven by ethical values and cutting-edge technology. It originated from the merger of IDFC Ltd, a pioneer in infrastructure financing established in 1997, and Capital First, a tech-led NBFC focused on consumer and MSME lending since 2012. The bank has a strong presence with millions of loans disbursed and services across numerous towns and villages in India. Notable innovations include monthly interest credits on savings accounts, zero fees on savings, lifetime free credit cards with no minimum spends, and never-expiring reward points. Post-merger, the bank has shifted focus to diversified retail banking, aiming to provide affordable and high-quality banking to millions of Indians.
