Join Inter Island Group as an Associate Engineer specializing in semiconductor backend operations. The openings include roles focusing on equipment maintenance and process engineering in Die Preparation, Molding, and Pick & Place operations.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should hold a Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Microelectronics, Materials Science, or similar fields. A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant semiconductor manufacturing experience, particularly in backend processes or equipment, is required. The background in processes such as Backgrind, Dicing, Laser Grooving, Wafer Saw, Pick & Place, Molding, and De-bonding is integral to the role.

Work Schedule

The role requires working on rotating 12-hour shifts alternating every three months:

• Day Shift: 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM
• Night Shift: 8:30 PM to 8:30 AM
