Position Overview
Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a driven and meticulous Associate Director of Operational Readiness to lead the coordination and execution of readiness initiatives for high-profile entertainment and cultural projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless launch and operation of projects that meet Qiddiya's esteemed standards and vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational readiness strategies to ensure smooth and successful project openings.
- Work collaboratively with project management, operations, and training teams to incorporate operational needs and readiness benchmarks.
- Conduct thorough readiness evaluations, detect potential risks or gaps, and propose corrective solutions.
- Organize and oversee training initiatives aimed at preparing operational personnel effectively.
- Track operational readiness performance indicators and regularly report findings to senior management.
- Promote clear communication and alignment among multiple stakeholders for cohesive readiness efforts.
- Assist in the creation of best practices, tools, and process improvements to boost readiness efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Bring 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in operational readiness, project management, or related operational roles within entertainment, hospitality, or large-scale projects.
- Demonstrate ability to lead cross-functional teams and balance complex project schedules.
- Have strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and a problem-solving orientation.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in managing training programs and readiness activities is a significant plus.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and software tools.
- Understanding of local cultural and market dynamics is advantageous.
