Overview
Join AlphaSights in Hamburg as an Associate in Client Service, starting in January, April, July, or September 2027. This full-time onsite role requires fluency in Polish, German, and English. AlphaSights connects top global experts with leading investment funds, consultancies, and Fortune 500 companies to enhance decision-making through specialized knowledge.
Role Description
As an Associate, you will act as a vital communication link between clients and industry experts. The position involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring clients receive insightful expertise for their strategic decisions. The work demands multitasking, negotiation, and rigorous client-expert correspondence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end communications between clients and experts, focusing extensively on phone negotiations to secure optimal expert matches.
- Utilize AI-driven sourcing tools to analyze complex industry networks and identify pertinent experts.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the project scope, market conditions, and relevant legal or regulatory frameworks impacting clients and experts.
Candidate Profile
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, Humanities, or related fields.
- Relevant internship or student work experience and demonstrated engagement in extracurricular activities such as student organizations, community service, or competitive sports.
- Strong client orientation, professionalism, resilience under pressure, and excellent communication skills.
- Proactive, self-driven mindset with a passion for success and initiative.
- Fluency in Polish (C2) and proficiency in English and German (C1 or higher).

- Competitive compensation starting with a €52,000 base salary plus unlimited performance-based bonuses totaling €63,300 to €71,700 in the first year.
