Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and well-organised Assistant Store Manager to lead daily retail operations and motivate a high-performing team at our elegant Traralgon store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will ensure the commercial success and smooth operation of the store in their absence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and lead the in-store team alongside the Store Manager to meet sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Manage retail operations including stock control, store procedures, security, team scheduling, and sales performance monitoring.
• Oversee store trading and operational management when the Store Manager is absent.
• Maintain a strong retail floor presence by effectively managing team placement and optimizing the sales environment.
• Become a product expert through comprehensive training on Pandora's handcrafted luxury items and foster team development.
