Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in achieving peak sales performance and smooth operation of the store.
  • Create a positive and engaging atmosphere for the team and customers.
  • Manage merchandising, oversee inventory, and support operational processes.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards to maintain a secure environment.

Candidate Profile

  • Previous leadership or management experience in retail or customer service sectors.
  • Exceptional organisational abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proactive and practical, willing to engage hands-on in all facets of store operations.
  • Experience in merchandising, stock management, or retail operations considered advantageous.
  • Outstanding communication skills and aptitude for fostering strong team relationships.
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences and achieving business goals.
  • Dedication to safety and adherence to relevant WHS programs.

Mechanical knowledge is a plus but not mandatory. Candidates from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply, as unique skills may align well with this role.
