Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving peak sales performance and smooth operation of the store.
- Create a positive and engaging atmosphere for the team and customers.
- Manage merchandising, oversee inventory, and support operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards to maintain a secure environment.
Candidate Profile
- Previous leadership or management experience in retail or customer service sectors.
- Exceptional organisational abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proactive and practical, willing to engage hands-on in all facets of store operations.
- Experience in merchandising, stock management, or retail operations considered advantageous.
- Outstanding communication skills and aptitude for fostering strong team relationships.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences and achieving business goals.
- Dedication to safety and adherence to relevant WHS programs.
