Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d) for our PULL&BEAR location in Bremen to join us full-time on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will transform strategic plans into tangible daily outcomes within the store environment. Your role integrates leadership of teams, talent development, and the management of commercial objectives. You will balance attention between sales performance, customer service, and the store atmosphere. Collaborating closely with the Store Manager, you will make key decisions, set priorities, and continuously advance the store’s success, leaving a visible impact on the team, sales floor, and financial results.
