Role Overview
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will serve as the essential link between store management and the sales team. Your role involves motivating and coaching staff, ensuring a positive and inspiring workplace aligned with company values, and supporting seamless store operations alongside the Store Manager. You will also contribute to recruiting, onboarding, staff development, and strategic analysis of KPIs to enhance performance and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily encouragement, coaching, and support to the sales team.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to meet targets, monitor KPIs, and lead the team effectively.
- Take part in hiring, onboarding, and staff development activities.
- Oversee sales performance indicators and store operations processes.
- Maintain store standards and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Deliver training on products, promotions, initiatives, and sales techniques.
- Chair employee meetings addressing welfare, misconduct, and daily updates.
- Collaborate with mall or center management for promotions and notices.
- Foster a positive team culture and excellent customer service.
- Assume store leadership duties in the absence of the Store Manager.
Candidate Profile
- Proven leadership experience in retail, ideally within fashion or lifestyle sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical thinker with a practical, hands-on attitude.
- Competent in managing comprehensive store operations.
