Key Responsibilities

• Boost store performance by supporting sales outcomes, managing operating expenses, and overseeing essential store functions including merchandising, stockroom, checkout areas, customer service, inventory markdowns, planning, shipping, and receiving, with a focus on minimizing losses and damages.
• Recruit, train, and develop top talent by offering comprehensive training and ongoing growth opportunities; act as a mentor and role model who fosters a positive, inclusive workplace experience for both staff and customers.
• Communicate and execute action plans related to company projects, store goals, initiatives, and operational changes; contribute to succession planning to prepare for future staffing needs.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense control, and customer service objectives; coordinate loss prevention and operational programs while enhancing store layout and efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum two years’ retail leadership experience as a store manager or assistant store manager.
• Demonstrated capability in leading, coaching, and empowering large teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to influence others and provide effective feedback and guidance.
• Experienced in store operations, customer service, merchandising, staff management, health and safety, loss prevention, and task execution.

Location and Salary

Compensation range: $48,592 to $68,029.50 per year. This salary range reflects expected hiring figures but may vary depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and local labor market conditions.
