Role Overview
Collaborate closely with the Vice President of Student Recruitment & Admission to attract and enroll international students as part of NIM's expansion and brand enhancement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and foster strong relationships with new recruitment agents.
- Participate in exhibitions and roadshows to promote student recruitment.
- Engage with student inquiries to understand their needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with prospective students through consultations conducted via phone, social media, or in person.
- Conduct research and establish partnerships with global colleges, universities, and institutions.
- Manage all admission documentation processes to finalize student enrollment in Singapore.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
- Have a minimum of two years relevant experience in educational consultation; fresh candidates are also welcome.
- Experience within the private education sector is preferred.
- Familiarity with Singapore's education industry is advantageous.
- Mature, self-motivated, and capable of independent and team-based work to achieve targets.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong negotiation skills and aptitude for building effective working relationships.
- Willingness to travel when necessary.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and the local language to conduct pre-course counseling for potential partners and students.
