Role Overview
The Assistant Manager at the Prospect location takes responsibility for managing day-to-day facility operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and guiding customers to appropriate storage and packaging solutions. The role fosters a positive work environment, emphasizing KSS's FREEDOM values, particularly fun, and involves maintaining facility standards and handling operational administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and boost sales by assisting customers in finding tailored storage and packaging options.
- Uphold and promote a constructive culture aligned with KSS's FREEDOM values.
- Ensure the storage facility is well presented, maintaining cleanliness, safety, and upkeep.
- Oversee daily operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth centre functioning.
- Facilitate and embrace change to foster continuous improvement.
Employment Details & Benefits
- Full-time position with 76 hours per fortnight, operating across 7 days a week.
