The firm continually innovates and develops new filtration products, focusing on special purpose filter manufacturing and testing equipment.
Role Responsibilities
- Oversee all activities related to facilities management, including upkeep and maintenance of equipment and the physical infrastructure at the Bawal facility, covering civil, electrical, and water supply systems.
- Manage maintenance operations for electrical and mechanical machinery such as press machines, shearing machines, injection molding machines, vertical machining centers (VMC), CNC and mechanical lathes, and tool rooms.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on critical systems including lifts, diesel generators (DG sets), electrical panels, water supply systems, fire-fighting equipment, compressors, UPS units, computers, and security cameras.
- Handle annual maintenance contracts (AMC) for equipment such as air conditioners, generators, compressors, computers, UPS, fire-fighting systems, security access systems, and security cameras at the main gate.
- Supervise contractors for repair activities on site.
- Ensure the security of the facility, including monitoring of security cameras and guard systems.
- Liaise with the electrical team and external contractors to coordinate maintenance work.
- Review utility bills and follow up with the accounting department to ensure timely payments.
- Maintain critical spare parts inventory.
- Coordinate internal user requirements for scheduled shutdowns.
- Monitor diesel and gas consumption in diesel generator sets.
- Adhere to maintenance documentation and procedures according to ISO 9000:2015 standards.
- Explore automation opportunities within production processes if required.
- Take independent responsibility for maintenance in a medium-sized manufacturing setup.
Candidate Profile & Eligibility
Applicants should hold a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a B.Tech/B.E. degree in any specialization. Candidates must possess proven experience independently managing maintenance operations within a medium-scale manufacturing environment.
