Overview
Supermac's is an innovative company looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join the Ennis Town location in County Clare. This role involves supporting the Store Manager to achieve and exceed performance goals while collaborating closely with team members and training coaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Store Manager to consistently deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure that team members complete assigned duties meeting Supermac's standards.
- Maintain constant focus on customer satisfaction and team performance.
- Lead by example, actively engaging in operations and championing team development.
- Train team members comprehensively on all operational aspects of Supermac's.
- Manage in-store sales initiatives and promotional activities.
- Assist the Store Manager with employee relations matters as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least two years of supervisory experience in the fast food sector is mandatory.
- Strong people management capabilities.
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and planning skills.
- A genuine passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
- Professional demeanor, especially when representing the brand publicly.
- Must be highly customer-centric, innovative, motivational, and energetic.
- Understanding of food safety protocols, including HACCP compliance.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, covering days, evenings, and weekends.
