Role Overview
CREGG is looking for a dedicated and meticulous Assistant Brand Manager to join a client’s team based in Athenry, Galway. This full-time role involves supporting the execution of global product launches, liaising across departments, and ensuring seamless brand implementation worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Brand Manager in planning and coordinating global product introductions.
- Help with the creation of launch briefs and regional communications.
- Monitor packaging changes and secure artwork approvals.
- Support the validation of core product assets before market release.
- Guarantee that packaging complies with sanctioned claims and brand standards.
- Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track product performance.
- Gather and consolidate sales and performance metrics for in-depth analysis.
- Compile monthly summary reports for executive leadership review.
- Keep an eye on key performance indicators, identifying irregularities or missing data.
- Conduct competitor performance analysis and reporting.
- Work closely with regional teams to collect updates and feedback.
- Oversee deliverables across various departments to ensure timely completion.
- Support the preparation and documentation of cross-divisional meetings.
- Aid in lifecycle planning and associated documentation tasks.
- Update and manage project tracking resources and tools.
- Create and revise standard operating procedures and work instructions as needed.
- Achieve expertise in internal project management software as a super user.
- Collaborate effectively with global teams across different time zones, accommodating occasional evening meetings.
- Complete mandatory company training and comply with all policies and guidelines.
- Provide assistance with additional assignments and projects as required.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in product marketing or product management roles.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and project management platforms; experience with Smartsheet is preferred.
- Strong skills in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Intermediate competence in Microsoft Office applications.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle complex data.
- Good interpersonal skills for working across diverse teams and cultural environments.
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage changing priorities and ambiguous situations.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% annually.
