Assembly Coordinator

Role Overview

We are seeking an Assembly Coordinator based in Goa to manage and support assembly-level field survey operations. This contractual role runs until February 2027 and involves coordination of field teams engaged in voter research and public opinion surveys within assembly constituencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate field survey teams at the assembly level to ensure effective survey execution.
• Manage and supervise field surveyors during voter surveys and election-related operations.
• Conduct voter research, public surveys, and interact with local constituents to gather accurate field data.
• Collect daily updates from the field and prepare sentiment reports for analysis.

Requirements

• Previous experience in political campaigns, voter surveys, public opinion studies, or election operations is essential.
• Proficiency in Marathi language is required to communicate effectively in the field.
• Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory for mobility across survey locations.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary range between ₹35,000 and ₹40,000.

• Additional allowances to cover travel expenses during field assignments.
