Program Overview

We welcome candidates from diverse, non-engineering academic backgrounds for our 8-month National Apprentice Program based in Bangalore. This structured apprenticeship offers extensive practical training in the telecom expense management domain with a pathway to full-time employment based on performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support validation and accurate uploading of telecom vendor invoices.
• Assist in invoice reconciliation and monthly financial reporting tasks.
• Track and monitor service request tickets ensuring SLA adherence.
• Prepare service performance reports and contribute to audit documentation.

Participant Eligibility

• Graduates from any discipline (2023-2026 batch) with non-technical backgrounds such as Commerce, Arts, Computers, or Management.
• No previous work experience required.
• Mandatory submission of Aadhaar card and final year education certificates including provisional and convocation proofs.

Program Details

• Location: Tangoe India Office, Bangalore.
• Workdays: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Format: In-person, full-time apprenticeship.
• Stipend: 13,500 INR per month as per compliance standards.
• Recruitment Drive Scheduled: 18th August 2026.
