About the Role
If you have a passion for retail, this is an exciting opportunity for you. We are looking to hire an Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant to become part of our team at Savers Health Home & Beauty. This role involves hands-on training at the store for 12 months, with no college days or homework. Upon completion, you will have an assessment based on your experiences and a practical observation. You will receive comprehensive support from both your team and a tutor to achieve your Level 2 Retail Apprenticeship.
Key Responsibilities
You will be actively involved in daily store activities where no two days are the same. The ideal candidate has a positive and proactive attitude, enjoys teamwork, and is dedicated to ensuring customers leave with a great experience and a smile. Maintaining high store standards to make the store look appealing, engaging with the local community, and offering the best deals to customers are important parts of the role. This position is designed to nurture future leadership talent within Savers.

Eligibility Criteria
- Hold at least a grade 4/C GCSE in English and Maths or Scotland National 4 equivalent
- Not currently enrolled in any education program and available for full-time work
- Have not previously completed a Retail Apprenticeship
- Eligible to work in the UK
- New to the retail sector
