This entry-level position provides paid training and the opportunity for rapid advancement. The role focuses on engaging homeowners to schedule free roof inspections while working primarily outdoors and maintaining active face-to-face interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct direct neighborhood outreach by speaking personally with homeowners at their residences.
• Clearly explain the benefits and details of the company's free roof inspection service.
• Arrange appointment times for scheduled inspections.
• Maintain professionalism and offer outstanding customer service while staying active throughout work hours.

Qualifications

• W-2 status, full-time employment with an hourly wage supplemented by commissions and performance bonuses.
• Typical earnings for first-year employees range from $40,000 to $70,000 annually, depending on results and consistency.
• Working hours are Monday to Saturday, within 9am to 7pm, with no overnight travel required.
• Team transportation from the office is provided to work locations.
