Role Overview

We seek an energetic Appointment Setter/Business Development Representative to conduct outbound cold calls and schedule appointments. The role focuses on identifying potential partners, introducing them to Club Feast, and arranging meetings for our sales team. High achievers may advance toward full-cycle sales positions as part of our career development.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate proactive cold calls to prospective businesses across different sectors to present Club Feast.
• Secure qualified appointments and demos for Account Executives.
• Drive outbound prospecting through phone, email, and LinkedIn to build the sales pipeline.
• Customize outreach messages based on client requirements and industry specifics.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities and leads within HubSpot CRM.
• Engage in coaching and mentorship programs to progress toward closing sales roles.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years experience in outbound sales, cold calling, telesales, or appointment setting.
• Demonstrated success in arranging meetings and meeting activity goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and dependable when working remotely during US business hours.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.

Required Skills

• Experience in food delivery, hospitality, or SaaS sectors.
• Proficiency with sales dialers, outreach systems, or managing high-volume calls.

Preferred Skills

• Background knowledge in food delivery, hospitality, or SaaS industries.
