Role Overview

We are seeking an Analytics Director to lead the APAC analytics team, supporting the product roadmap development for this significant region. In this position, you will spearhead a team of approximately 10 product analysts, fostering data-driven decision making and ensuring effective measurement of initiatives impacting diverse APAC markets. You will collaborate daily with Product, Banking, and Engineering leads, forming a vital cross-functional leadership group shaping the region's strategy.

Main Responsibilities

• Leverage data and insights to assist the APAC squad in addressing key regional challenges and develop meaningful KPIs to monitor impact and accountability.
• Coach and guide a talented analytics team, enabling them to influence strategic decisions through effective partnership with product teams.
• Refine and advance the analytical vision for APAC while contributing to the global Regional Analytics strategy.

Required Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience establishing and managing analytics teams in fast-paced, scaling international organizations, ideally including team leads managing 10 or more members.
• Strong ability to simplify complex data and communicate through compelling storytelling to drive organizational change.
• Experience nurturing analysts to effectively engage with cross-disciplinary stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
• Hands-on expertise in data manipulation and analysis with proficiency in SQL and Python or R, including mentoring peers in these technical skills.
• Collaborative experience in leading cross-team projects with KPI-driven planning and impact measurement.
• Desirable: Practical experience applying AI, machine learning, and predictive modeling techniques to extract deeper business insights.
