Role Overview
This role is for a Fee Analyst positioned within an experienced International Finance Operations team based in Limerick. Reporting to the local Ireland Fees Team Leader, the role primarily focuses on managing fee processes for several high-profile clients across multiple legal entities throughout the EMEA region. The responsibilities include ensuring accurate revenue capture, billing, and collection while maintaining strong collaboration with various internal business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate billing of clients across Northern Trust entities, adhering strictly to reporting deadlines.
- Set up and maintain client static data accurately by interpreting documented fee agreements.
- Manage fee collection processes in line with approved company and client procedures, including generating payment instructions and banking entries.
- Complete timely revenue accruals during month-end close to guarantee accuracy and completeness as per Financial Accounting requirements.
- Collaborate with New Business, Client Services, and Operations Teams to capture all new or terminated business for assigned clients accurately, ensuring proper accrual and invoicing.
- Communicate promptly and escalate any billing delays or issues.
- Maintain regular contact and foster strong relationships with Client Services and other business stakeholders.
- Address, document, and escalate client, business, and finance queries to ensure timely resolution.
- Comply with SOX and audit requirements by maintaining and enhancing controls.
- Contribute to internal and external fee-related audits.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for fee-related changes and projects.

- Adaptable to evolving workflows, deadlines, and fluctuating work volumes.
- Advanced proficiency in IT tools, especially Microsoft Excel.
