About the Role

Klein Labs is seeking a highly motivated Algorithmic Trader with strong coding capabilities and a deep interest in crypto market structures and trading techniques. This position offers direct ownership of your trading desk from the outset, empowering you to lead strategy development, execution system design, and continuous performance refinement without mundane tasks or hierarchical delays. You will work in an agile, feedback-driven environment free from traditional financial industry constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and refine multi-chain trading strategies spanning centralized and decentralized exchanges.
• Develop execution systems alongside robust data monitoring frameworks.
• Analyze extensive on-chain and off-chain datasets to identify arbitrage and liquidity opportunities.
• Coordinate closely with research, business development, and other teams to connect market insights with real execution.
• Maintain and enhance profitability by owning strategy outcomes and improvements.

Candidate Requirements

• Between three to five years of experience in trading, quantitative research, or practical decentralized finance involvement.
• Proficient programming skills in Python for building effective tools and strategies.
• Strong enthusiasm for crypto market dynamics, narrative-driven trading, and volatility analysis.
• Self-driven decision-maker with accountability for investment results and robust execution capabilities.
• Quick learner with intellectual curiosity and adaptability to evolving market narratives and new sectors.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment with a fast pace and flat organizational hierarchy.
• Experience with machine learning techniques is advantageous.

Additional Information
