Role Overview

The AI Video Editor will be in charge of planning, editing, and creating video content that reflects brand standards and campaign goals. Daily duties include compiling raw footage, utilizing AI-driven editing technologies, incorporating motion graphics and visual design elements, applying basic color correction, and optimizing final videos for various platforms.

Collaboration with marketing and creative teams is key to understanding briefs, maintaining visual consistency, and fulfilling deadline requirements. This position is full-time and requires physical presence in Indore for regular team collaborations and feedback sessions.

Qualifications and Expertise

• Proficiency in complete video production and editing processes to deliver polished content.
• Experience with color grading techniques to maintain visual quality and coherence.
• Skills in motion graphics and graphic design to enhance storytelling impact.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled video editing tools alongside traditional software like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• A strong eye for composition, timing, narrative pacing, and a meticulous approach to quality control.
• Ability to work constructively in team settings, receive feedback positively, and juggle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Relevant educational background or certifications in film, media, design, or related disciplines, coupled with previous experience in video editing roles, are advantageous.
