Role Overview

Join our AI division dedicated to pushing the boundaries of large model technology. You will spearhead crucial research and engineering efforts related to data synthesis, construction, and curriculum design for large AI models, translating advanced research into robust, scalable production data pipelines that enhance our technological leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and innovate in all facets of large model pre-training and post-training data engineering, including data creation, assessment, and validation processes.
• Develop and expand a high-achieving research team by fostering talent, providing mentorship, and driving impactful results.
• Convert research insights into scalable products that deliver tangible business value.
• Maintain collaborations with prominent research institutions, keep abreast of industry developments, and contribute to intellectual property such as patents.
• Work closely across teams—including research, product, and engineering—to ensure alignment of data strategies with model development roadmaps.

Candidate Profile

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated leadership in pioneering large model and data engineering research.
• Extensive practical experience managing data pipelines for large model pre-training and post-training phases.
• Proficiency with industrial-scale large model reinforcement learning systems.
• 3 to 5 years of experience leading research-focused teams, setting business goals, managing resources, and enhancing talent development.
• Proven history of research outcomes successfully integrated into commercially viable products or solutions.
• Experience with multimodal data is advantageous.
• Excellent collaborative skills and the ability to adapt within complex enterprise projects.

Additional Information

We are particularly interested in candidates with hands-on experience in forefront AI and large-model organizations or labs known for foundational models like Llama, Gemini, or Qwen. Candidates with equivalent experience in large-model data engineering are also encouraged to apply.
