AI Architect

Role Overview

Accellor is seeking a strategic AI Architect to develop and enhance its AI, Data, and Engineering capabilities. This leadership position involves leading a high-performing AI & Data Center of Excellence and promoting AI-focused innovation throughout the organization. The role includes forging strong client partnerships, guiding enterprise delivery, and building a world-class technology team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of Accellor's AI & Data strategy, aligning with the company’s global AI vision.
• Develop and expand a high-performance AI, Data, and Engineering organization.
• Drive the adoption and implementation of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Machine Learning, and intelligent automation.
• Champion the creation of AI products, platforms, accelerators, reusable frameworks, and intellectual property.
• Engage C-level executives and enterprise clients to pinpoint AI opportunities, shape technological strategies, and deliver business impact.
• Ensure excellence in delivering strategic AI programs focusing on quality, efficiency, scalability, and measurable ROI.
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Development on AI-powered initiatives, including pre-sales, solution design, proposals, and account growth.
• Attract, nurture, and retain top talent in AI/ML, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, and Architecture.
• Represent Accellor externally by participating in AI and technology forums, industry events, partnerships, and thought leadership activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 15 to 18 years of experience in Technology, AI, Data, Product Engineering, or Consulting, with over 8 years in a senior leadership role managing AI teams.
• Proven leadership as an AI Architect, Technology Lead, Engineering Lead, or Data & AI Leader within consulting or service industries.
• Deep knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models, Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, and Cloud platforms.
• Demonstrated success in advancing AI projects from proof of concept through production to large-scale deployment.
• Experience constructing and leading sizable, high-performing technology teams.
• Strong client-facing skills, especially with enterprise clients and C-suite stakeholders.
• Comprehensive understanding of business metrics such as growth, revenue, margins, delivery, and commercial outcomes.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and executive leadership abilities.
• A degree in engineering or technology from a recognized institution; advanced degrees (M.Tech, MS, MBA) are advantageous.

Preferred Background

• Experience in SaaS, IT services, enterprise technology, e-commerce, marketing technology, digital products, or organizations focused primarily on AI.
• Prior experience in establishing or expanding a technology or AI Center of Excellence is desirable.
