Job description
Position Overview
Join Dell Technologies as a Demand Planning Advisor within our Supply Chain Planning team located in Ireland (Cork or Limerick). This role offers a unique opportunity to shape demand forecasts for GPU and AI server components, contributing to Dell's expanding AI server business across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate demand forecasts for GPUs and structural elements used in AI servers.
- Collaborate tightly with Revenue Operations, Product Group, Procurement, and Global Operations to align demand plans with overall operational goals.
- Track and analyze demand consumption trends, proactively addressing supply risks.
- Utilize Power BI and other analytics tools to derive actionable performance insights.
- Champion process improvements through automation and AI-driven initiatives.
Essential Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of three years' experience in roles related to operations, planning, or finance.
- Proven capability in demand planning, financial forecasting, and data interpretation.
- High proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and database analytics tools.
- Strong communication skills, stakeholder engagement, and adept problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or advanced studies in Business, Supply Chain, or related areas.
- Experience with Power BI, AI-enhanced analytics, or involved in supply chain transformation initiatives.
