Role Overview

We seek a diligent and motivated Accounts Payable Manager to join our Tirana office. This position offers an excellent chance for individuals early in their career to enhance their accounting expertise and handle financial responsibilities in a lively, growing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and authenticate invoices for received goods and services.
• Ensure consistency by cross-verifying purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
• Maintain meticulous records of all accounts payable activities.
• Address vendor questions concerning payments and invoice statuses.
• Help reconcile supplier statements and clear up any discrepancies.
• Facilitate month-end closing by securing prompt invoice processing.
• Work closely with various departments to resolve payment-related matters.

Candidate Qualifications

• Possess 2 to 4 years of accounting or finance experience, preferably within Accounts Payable.
• Hold a higher education degree, ideally in finance, accounting, or economics.
• Demonstrate strong command of English.
• Exhibit advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
• Show capability in analyzing and solving complex financial issues.
• Be self-driven with an ability to work independently.
• Have experience coordinating tasks within team environments.
• Maintain accuracy, dependability, and a commitment to deadlines.
• Familiarity with ERP software like Oracle, Optima, or Symfonia is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the German language is a plus.

Additional Information

The role is based at AUTO1 Albania's headquarters located on Rruga Dritan Hoxha, Laprake. Working hours encompass a total of 40 hours per week from Monday through Friday.
