Position Summary

As an Account Representative within HUB's Certificate Processing Unit, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients by delivering accurate and timely Proofs of Insurance. You will ensure these documents align with their coverage and policy conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver precise and prompt Proofs of Insurance compliant with client policies.
• Foster positive and effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Respond swiftly to client and internal inquiries.
• Review policy details and endorsements to verify insurance requirements for accurate certificate issuance.
• Maintain well-organized and accurate account files.

Qualifications and Skills

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of two years’ relevant experience in insurance.
• Current insurance license or willingness to acquire one within six months of employment.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with analytical capabilities.
• Proven ability to create accurate insurance proofs in a fast-paced setting.
• Effective communication skills suitable for interacting at all organizational levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
• Enthusiastic about learning and growing within the insurance sector.
• Self-motivated with a commitment to understanding technical insurance aspects.
• Integrity and relationship-building skills valued.
