Job Description
VOZ Music Production, located in Riyadh, is hiring an Account Manager to oversee client portfolios and lead business expansion initiatives. This full-time, on-site role centers on nurturing customer relationships and ensuring timely delivery of creative and audio production assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and develop a B2B client portfolio.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with clients.
- Discover new business opportunities while expanding current accounts.
- Manage the entire account process including onboarding and retention phases.
- Craft and deliver customized solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Prepare and monitor proposals, quotations, and contractual agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement projects.
- Monitor client satisfaction, performance metrics, and key performance indicators.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least three years of experience in account management or sales roles.
