Role Summary

The Access Control / Escort professional is tasked with overseeing and regulating entry to secured customer facilities, as well as monitoring personnel, visitors, and contractors to uphold a safe and secure workplace. This role involves escorting individuals within classified premises, maintaining heightened situational awareness, and timely reporting of any incidents or irregular activities. The position is located onsite at Prince Sultan Air Base, Saudi Arabia, requiring presence at a cleared site.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor entry access to customer facilities following established security protocols.
• Escort visitors and personnel within secure areas as necessary.
• Vigilantly observe activities of personnel and visitors, reporting suspicious or unauthorized behavior.
• Maintain constant visual supervision of assigned zones and individuals at a moderate distance.
• Deliver courteous customer service when interacting with employees and project staff.
• Effectively communicate through verbal briefings and detailed written incident documentation.
• Adhere strictly to site-specific policies, post orders, and safety mandates.
• Perform duties outdoors under varying environmental conditions to support operational needs.
• Accommodate shift work including weekends, holidays, evenings, overnight, and rotating schedules as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Active secret security clearance with U.S. citizenship mandatory.
• Capability to work onsite at the specified location.
• Possession of a valid U.S. driver's license.
• Strong customer service aptitude.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills, able to provide clear incident reporting.
• Visual capabilities sufficient to monitor individuals from a moderate distance.
• Successful completion of pre-employment screenings including federal background checks, motor vehicle records, and drug testing.
• Compliance with company drug and alcohol policies.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. or able to obtain authorization before employment commencement.

Preferred Attributes

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Previous experience in access control, escorting, security operations, or similar public-facing security roles is advantageous.

Physical and Environmental Factors

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours daily.
• Capability to work outdoors in harsh or inclement weather conditions.
• Role demands continuous visual monitoring of personnel within the premises.
• May require movement throughout extensive facilities and both indoor and outdoor settings.

Work Schedule

• Work shifts vary and can include days, evenings, overnight periods, weekends, and holidays.
