About the Role
Join Digicrome Academy as an Academic Counselor to guide prospective students through their educational and professional journeys. The role involves advising individuals on data science and artificial intelligence certification programs, aligning their career goals with suitable training options.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective students via phone, video conferencing, email, and chat platforms to provide detailed information about data science and AI courses.
- Assess learners' career objectives and suggest appropriate certification pathways to match their aspirations.
- Manage both incoming and outgoing lead communications through various channels, including calls and digital platforms.
- Effectively convert qualified leads into course enrollments to meet organizational goals.
- Update and maintain comprehensive records within the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and revenue milestones.
